About the Opportunity :

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Technical Lead ServiceNow to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations, oversee complex integrations, and drive platform innovation across modules such as ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, and CMDB.

This is a senior leadership position responsible for providing technical direction, architectural guidance, and hands-on expertise in developing scalable ServiceNow solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven record of leading cross-functional teams, managing delivery lifecycle processes, and ensuring alignment between technology solutions and business objectives.

You will serve as the technical authority on all ServiceNow-related initiatives, guiding development standards, governance practices, and best-in-class automation strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple business functions and modules.

- Oversee development activities, ensuring adherence to platform standards, code quality, and best practices.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, architects, and platform administrators.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and project managers to define technical requirements, scope, and implementation plans.

- Manage and enhance ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, IRM, CSM, and CMDB for process optimization and automation.

- Design and maintain a robust CMDB framework, ensuring accurate CI relationships and reliable service mapping.

- Implement integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.

- Lead ServiceNow platform upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization efforts.

- Ensure compliance with ITIL, security, and governance standards throughout the delivery lifecycle.

- Drive technical reviews, troubleshooting, and performance diagnostics for complex ServiceNow implementations.

- Collaborate with business units to define ServiceNow roadmap, identify enhancement opportunities, and ensure alignment with strategic initiatives.

- Promote automation, reuse, and modular design principles for efficient and scalable solutions.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications :

- 10 to 15 years of total IT experience with 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation and development.

- Proven expertise across ServiceNow modules ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, IRM, CSM, and CMDB.

- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow project delivery lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and SDLC processes.

- Hands-on experience designing, creating, and modifying components within ServiceNow (forms, workflows, client/server scripts, UI policies, and reports).

- Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and integration frameworks.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer for workflow automation.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.

- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and developing technical teams.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
