Senior Technical Lead - Python

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather requirements and work with IT and business stakeholders to translate them into functional and technical designs.

- Prepare functional and technical specification documents.

- Design solutions and prepare cut-over and deployment plans.

- Drive post-implementation hyper-care support and transition activities.

- Prepare user stories and lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint retrospectives, and spike creation for upgrade projects.

- Provide strategic and innovative thinking aligned with business objectives.

- Work effectively in Agile delivery models and guide teams through execution.

- Communicate clearly with stakeholders through strong verbal and written communication.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with FastAPI for at least 3 years in building high-performance APIs.

- Experience with GraphQL for a minimum of 2 years for API design and integration.

- Experience working with Confluent Kafka for at least 2 years in event-driven architectures.

- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

- Experience with DevOps practices including GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines.

- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration using AKS.

- Experience working with Azure Cloud services.

- Exposure to Generative AI and design considerations for GenAI solutions.

- Strong understanding of solution design and system architecture.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in leading technical initiatives and solution design.

- Strong organizational and time management skills
