Senior Technical Lead - Backend Technologies

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend business applications using .NET Core, Web API, and MS SQL Server/SSIS packages.

- Architect and implement microservices-based solutions, leveraging analytics and automation workflows.

- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker on Azure Cloud.

- Utilize Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline management and version control.

- Implement and manage API Gateways, Identity management, and access control mechanisms (e.g., Identity Server).

- Work with distributed cache systems to optimize application performance.

- Participate actively in requirement analysis, documenting technical designs, impact analysis, and SDLC processes.

- Apply UI guidelines and user experience specifications in collaboration with frontend teams familiar with JavaScript and React.js.

- Provide technical support, monitor system activities, and ensure application stability and performance.

- Manage defect tracking tools like Azure Boards, Redmine, JIRA, or VSTS to log, track, and resolve issues.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth project delivery.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them where appropriate to improve product quality and efficiency.

- Demonstrate a results-oriented mindset by consistently delivering high-quality solutions within project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.

- 8 to 10 years of software development experience with a focus on backend and middle-tier applications.

- Strong expertise in .NET Core, Web API, and MS SQL Server/SSIS.

- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native application deployment.

- Proficient in containerization technologies such as Docker.

- Experience with Microservices architecture, API Gateways, and Identity management frameworks (e.g., Identity Server).

- Familiarity with JavaScript and React.js frameworks.

- Knowledge of distributed caching solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct thorough requirement and impact analysis.

- Experience with defect tracking and project management tools like Azure Boards, JIRA, Redmine, or VSTS.

- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in agile teams and independently with minimal supervision.
