Position : Senior Technical Developer - Agentic AI

What You Will Be Doing :

As a Senior Technical Developer specializing in Agentic AI, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI systems tailored for supply chain use cases. Your responsibilities will include :

System Development & Ownership :

- Architect and implement multi-agent systems, orchestration frameworks, RAG pipelines, and full lifecycle management.

- Lead deployment, monitoring, and hypercare support for enterprise AI solutions.

Design & Integration :

- Capture design requirements, translate them into user stories, and drive technical design documentation.

- Partner with IT engineering, product, and research teams to integrate LLMs, agentic frameworks, and NVIDIA NeMo/AIQ technologies.

- Ensure seamless integration with enterprise IT and operations data sources, prioritizing content security.

Architecture & Scalability :

- Drive architectural decisions across deployment models (on-prem, cloud, hybrid, containerized).

- Deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient AI solutions for mission-critical supply chain operations.

Agentic AI Innovation :

- Define agent autonomy boundaries, human-in-the-loop workflows, and escalation strategies.

- Design and implement observability frameworks to evaluate latency, accuracy, cost, failure modes, and hallucination risks.

Leadership & Collaboration :

- Lead technical design reviews and mentor development teams.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

What We Need to See :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

- 12+ years of experience in software architecture, systems design, or enterprise platform engineering.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Python for production-grade AI systems; proficiency in SQL, JSON, backend service development (Java a plus).

- Demonstrated proficiency in AI/ML systems, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks.

- Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and orchestration frameworks (ReAct, LangChain, AutoGPT).

- Hands-on expertise with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval optimization (indexing strategies, similarity search tuning, relevance evaluation).

- Proven experience designing multi-agent communication and coordination patterns (planner/executor/critic, supervisor agents).

- Experience integrating enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, ITSM) via APIs, data connectors, or custom services.

- Strong technical solution design and analytical skills, with ability to model technical and business processes.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and clearly articulate complex architectural concepts.
