Senior Technical Consultant, Data

The Senior Technical Consultant is an experienced, client-facing technical professional responsible for leading the design and hands-on delivery of complex data, analytics, AI, cloud, and modern data platform solutions.

Leadership and Ownership :

- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned technical workstreams and outcomes.

- Plan and prioritize technical work, anticipate dependencies, and identify risks early.

- Maintain accountability for the quality, completeness, and production readiness of technical deliverables.

Consulting and Client Effectiveness :

- Clearly define technical problems, impacts, and success criteria.

- Connect technical decisions to client business objectives and long-term maintainability.

- Participate confidently in client-facing workshops and technical decision-making.

Technical Excellence :

- Demonstrate deep hands-on capability in modern data, cloud, analytics, AI, or governance disciplines.

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

- Apply engineering standards consistently through design and code reviews.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.

- 8 - 12+ years of professional technical experience delivering enterprise data, analytics, or cloud solutions.

- Demonstrated consulting experience working directly with clients.

- Strong hands-on experience in modern data engineering, SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, and cloud-native services.

- Experience with platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric.

- Strong understanding of software/data engineering lifecycle practices including Git, CI/CD, and automated testing.
