Role Overview:

The Senior Technology Architect & Product Manager will define and drive the organization's technology architecture, product roadmap, and engineering strategy. This role is responsible for designing scalable technology solutions, leading product development, and ensuring that engineering initiatives align with business objectives. The individual will work closely with leadership, engineering, product, and business teams to drive innovation, operational excellence, and long-term technology growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the long-term technology architecture and product roadmap.

- Lead the architecture, design, scalability, and continuous enhancement of the product platform.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to build robust, scalable, and high-performing applications.

- Drive engineering excellence by implementing best practices in software development, security, testing, DevOps, and code quality.

- Oversee product development, cloud infrastructure, platform reliability, and system performance.

- Ensure technology solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business and product goals.

- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Business teams to translate business requirements into technology solutions.

- Own product planning by prioritizing features, defining product requirements, and coordinating execution across cross-functional teams.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovations that improve product capabilities and operational efficiency.

- Establish engineering processes, technical governance, architecture standards, and development frameworks.

- Act as the technical leader during customer discussions, solution presentations, and strategic technology initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 812 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, product management, or technology leadership roles.

- Strong expertise in backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, or Python.

- Experience designing and scaling cloud-native, distributed, and microservices-based applications.

- Strong understanding of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Experience with REST APIs, SQL, NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and system architecture.

- Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles, including requirement gathering, prioritization, roadmap planning, and product delivery.

- Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale software products.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to align product and technology strategies with organizational goals.

- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in SaaS, Product Engineering, or Enterprise Software organizations.

- Exposure to AI/ML, analytics platforms, business intelligence, or automation solutions.

- Experience working in startup or high-growth technology environments.

- Knowledge of data security, compliance standards, enterprise integration, and cloud security best practices.

- Experience working with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.
