Senior Tableau Developer - Dashboard & Reporting

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.

- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver insights.

- Ensure dashboard performance, scalability, and user adoption.

- Maintain and administer Tableau Server environment including publishing and scheduling extracts.

- Work with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making.

Must-Have Skills :

- 6-9 years of experience in BI/Data Visualization.

- Expertise in Tableau Desktop & Tableau Server (dashboard design, publishing, security).

- Strong proficiency in SQL (queries, optimization, data modeling).

- Experience in working with large datasets and performance tuning.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Exposure to Python or R for advanced analytics.

- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Familiarity with other BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Looker, etc.)

- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL pipelines.

Education :

Essential : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred : Masters degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related specialization
