About the Role :

IQ-Line is looking for a highly driven hands-on Senior System Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product strategy, design, and execution of Connected Devices & Digital Health Platforms, an innovative healthcare product category.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of hardware, embedded systems, firmware, cloud software, AI, and large-scale product deployments, and should be capable of driving products from concept to nationwide scale.

The role involves close collaboration with founders, engineering teams, manufacturing partners, healthcare stakeholders, and deployment teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the products' vision, roadmap, and execution.

- Translate customer and business requirements into detailed system-level product requirements.

- Drive decision-making across hardware, firmware, embedded systems, cloud software, AI, and integrations.

- Work closely with engineering teams to define product architecture and user experience.

- Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain partners to optimize product quality, reliability, and unit economics.

- Drive interoperability with HIMS, EMR, LIMS, and ABDM ecosystem components.

- Gather customer feedback from hospitals, doctors, and healthcare administrators and convert insights into product enhancements.

- Define and monitor product success metrics, adoption, and operational performance.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience: 815 years of experience in Product Management, Systems Engineering, or Product Leadership roles.

- Proven experience in building and scaling hardware + software products.

- Strong understanding of:

1. Embedded Systems & Firmware

2. Electronics & IoT Devices

3. Cloud Platforms & APIs

4. Device Connectivity & Telemetry

5. Product Lifecycle Management

6. Mechanical Design and Manufacturing

- Experience working with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, operations, and manufacturing.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Background :

- Candidates from Medical Devices, Healthcare Technology, IoT, Smart Devices, POS Machines, Industrial Automation, Consumer Electronics, or Connected Hardware Platforms will be preferred.
