About the Role :
We are seeking a Sr/Staff Forward Deployed AI Engineer (FDE) to partner with enterprise stakeholders and bridge client challenges with production AI solutions. This role demands full-stack mastery, deep GenAI experience, and a rapid-prototyping mindset to drive high-impact systems from concept to deployment.
Responsibilities :
- GenAI & Agentic Architecture : Architect and deploy enterprise LLM applications using prompt engineering, RAG, tool calling, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph). Define standards for state management, failure recovery, guardrails, and evaluation.
- System Design & Distributed Systems : Lead architectural design for high-availability microservices, event-driven systems, and vector retrieval pipelines. Optimize distributed architectures for throughput, latency, concurrency, and reliability.
- Cloud & MLOps Infrastructure : Deploy containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes across AWS, GCP, or Azure. Build robust CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and automated scaling for production AI workloads.
- Technical Leadership : Collaborate with product, data science, and client teams to turn complex requirements into production solutions. Mentor engineers and communicate system architecture to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements :
- 8 - 14+ years of software engineering experience in backend, platform, or distributed systems.
- 2+ years hands-on Generative AI experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic systems.
- Proficiency in orchestration tools like LangChain, LangGraph.
- Proven experience building scalable, high-throughput distributed systems and microservices.
- Hands-on expertise with cloud-native tech stack (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, CI/CD).
