About the Role :

We are building a next-generation Healthcare Data & AI platform focused on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Claims Intelligence, Revenue Analytics, and AI-driven decision support.

We are looking for a highly hands-on Data Engineer who enjoys building scalable data platforms and transforming complex healthcare data into analytics and AI products.

From day one, you will work directly with the CTO and CEO, helping define the architecture, data strategy, and future AI roadmap of the company.

This is a builder role not a reporting or people-management role.

What You'll Do :

- Build scalable cloud-based data platforms and pipelines.

- Design data models, semantic layers, and analytics-ready datasets.

- Integrate healthcare, claims, payer, provider, and RCM data sources.

- Enable revenue intelligence, claims analytics, denial analytics, and operational insights.

- Develop datasets and feature stores for machine learning and AI use cases.

- Contribute to predictive models such as denial prediction, reimbursement forecasting, anomaly detection, and revenue optimization.

- Drive architecture decisions around performance, scalability, reliability, and data quality.

What We're Looking For :

- 6-12 years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Data Platform Engineering.

- Strong SQL and Python skills.

- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, dbt, Lakehouse, or modern cloud data platforms.

- Strong data modeling and data warehousing fundamentals.

- Experience building large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines.

- Exposure to machine learning, predictive analytics, classification, forecasting, or AI-driven solutions.

- Experience working with healthcare, claims, payer, provider, financial, or RCM datasets is highly desirable.
