We are looking for a highly skilled - Senior Specialist - Python, Full Stack Development, AI/ML & Generative AI- to design, develop and deliver industry-relevant technical learning programmes for student cohorts. The role involves building structured learning pathways from foundational to advanced levels, integrating emerging technologies and enabling practical, project-based learning with measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on technical expertise, a deep understanding of modern AI technologies and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and continuously enhance foundational, intermediate and advanced programmes in Python, Full Stack Development, AI/ML and Generative AI.

- Develop comprehensive AI Foundations curricula covering core AI concepts, practical applications and structured assessments for students across departments.

- Create technical content, hands-on lab exercises, capstone projects, assessment frameworks, presentations and supporting learning materials.

- Lead technical knowledge-sharing sessions and practical workshops covering Python Programming, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Generative AI and Automation.

- Conduct hands-on labs, hackathons, case studies, technical workshops and live demonstrations to strengthen practical understanding.

- Provide technical mentorship to students on projects, coding challenges and real-world problem-solving scenarios.

- Guide students in developing coding and analytical capabilities using platforms such as Kaggle, HackerRank and LeetCode.

- Design and conduct project-based assessments, evaluate technical submissions and provide constructive feedback.

- Support learners in resolving technical challenges and improving their programming and problem-solving capabilities.

- Maintain programme documentation, assessment records and learning-progress reports in accordance with institutional requirements.

- Establish measurable KPIs to evaluate AI literacy, technical competencies, learning outcomes and programme effectiveness.

- Promote responsible and ethical AI adoption while optimizing cloud-resource utilization and LLM-token consumption.

- Stay updated with advancements in AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation and emerging software technologies, incorporating relevant developments into technical programmes.

- Collaborate with academic and industry stakeholders to ensure technical programmes align with evolving industry requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5-10 years of relevant experience- with strong hands-on expertise in Python Programming, FastAPI and Full Stack Development using Django or modern single-page application frameworks.

- Minimum - 2 years of practical experience in AI-native application development- using LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks integrated with Generative AI models.

- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI and Model Context Protocol (MCP).

- Experience in cloud-native application development, cloud deployment, infrastructure provisioning and resource management.

- Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), relational databases, system design, software design principles and architectural patterns.

- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue.js.

- Ability to design and develop practical applications, technical proof-of-concepts and real-world AI/ML solutions.

- Strong technical communication, presentation and knowledge-sharing capabilities.

- Experience in developing structured technical content, practical exercises, coding assignments and project-based learning modules.

- Understanding of learning-outcome design, competency-based assessments and technical skill evaluation.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional, academic and industry stakeholders to develop technically rigorous, industry-aligned programmes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills with an ability to adapt to emerging technologies.

- Prior experience working in technology services, product-based companies or AI-driven development environments.

- Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases and modern data-processing technologies.

- Experience contributing to AI transformation initiatives, technical capability-building programmes or curriculum modernization.

- Relevant AI/ML certifications from Google, Microsoft Azure, NVIDIA or equivalent recognized providers.

- Exposure to LLM orchestration, AI agents, prompt engineering and cloud-based GenAI solutions.
