- Operate as a part of a project team consisting of other PS engineers and technical program managers to achieve and exceed customer goals and expectations.

- Work closely with the Solution Architect and other stakeholders to design, build, and deliver solutions and identify migration or custom integration work.

- Design and develop integration components, migration scripts, configuration setup, dashboards, alerts, etc., in the platform based on customer requirements.

- Recommend and provide continuous feedback to products and solutions to improve actions needed to ensure a great customer experience

- Work closely with Solution Architects and client teams to prepare and develop POCs (Proof of Concepts) and present the same through technical presentations.

- Work with cross-functional team members, including engineering, product, support, and system engineers at and teams from customer organizations to develop, deploy, and maintain platform solutions.

- Recommend product and platform enhancements based on customer feedback and improving operational efficiency

- Always be aware of New Features, capabilities rolled out on the platform, and Products.

- Communicate and assist in translating customer requirements to internal product and engineering teams.

Requirements :

- Computer science fundamentals like Networking, Process, Memory, and data structures are mandatory.

- Min 3 years of total experience in developing and deploying distributed systems in Java, Python, Node. Golang, Java Script like programming languages.

- Basic knowledge of any RDBMS system and good experience in writing Queries to various datastores (MySQL, Aerospike, ES, S3 Redis).

- Proven experience in using tools used in software development, such as git, Jira, Jenkins, etc.

- Prior experience in any public or private cloud platform is a must.

- Experience in building REST API and using the same to integrate other systems.

- Large-scale application concepts like scaling, log management, Monitoring, and alerting are a must.

- Exposure to SAAS systems is a plus.

- Exposure to NOC operations is an advantage.

- Product-based professional service experience is an added advantage.

- Extensive experience working with Linux and Windows operating systems.

- Must have experience in working with customers/clients in deploying and managing software products.

- Good Communication Skills (both written and verbal) and some degree of experience in interfacing with product managers, support engineers, and the engineering team.

- Knowledge of E-commerce/Supply Chain/Logistics/Warehousing/CRM/SAP, etc, would be an added advantage.

- Exposure to concepts such as Containers, Microservices, Serverless etc a big plus.

- Experience in developing Automation Scripts is a big plus.

- Experience with cybersecurity or enterprise log management products is preferred.
