Senior Solution Architect - AI/LLM

Job Description :

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design and own end-to-end architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise systems

- Define and implement AI-driven architecture strategies, integrating LLMs into core business applications

- Architect and build Agentic AI / multi-agent systems to automate complex workflows

- Design LLM orchestration layers across multiple providers with focus on performance, cost, and reliability

- Build and optimize RAG-based systems using vector databases for contextual intelligence

- Establish architecture standards, governance, and best practices across engineering teams

- Work closely with product, business, and leadership teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions

- Guide and mentor engineering teams on system design, AI integration, and best practices

- Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools, frameworks, and platforms for enterprise use cases

- Ensure scalability, security, and reliability across both traditional systems and AI-powered applications

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 10 - 15 years of experience in software engineering with strong Solution Architecture background

- Proven hands-on experience in AI/LLM, Generative AI, and Agentic AI (must-have)

- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices architecture

- Experience building RAG-based systems and working with vector databases

- Proficiency in Python or Node.js with solid backend development experience

- Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI-driven solutions
