Senior Software Engineer/Technical Architect

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Technical Architect B2C Platform to join our Product Engineering team at Thane (Maharashtra India). The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in building high-scale consumer-facing platforms with a strong foundation in backend architecture and engineering execution. This role demands a product mindset, technical depth, and the ability to ship fast in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.

Top 3 Daily Tasks :

- Architect and build scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and Python (FastAPI/Django).

- Lead key decisions on infrastructure, real-time data pipelines, LLM-integrated systems, and platform observability.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and infrastructure teams to ship user-first features at scale.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of backend development experience with a strong foundation in scalable system design and cloud-native infrastructure.

- Must have experience working with big brands and with good experience in AI.

- Deep hands-on experience with Java, Python, and frameworks like Spring Boot, Django, or FastAPI.

- Proven expertise in building scalable microservices, streaming pipelines, and event-driven systems.

- Strong proficiency with Redis, PostgreSQL, PGVector, and one or more cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).

- Exposure to LLM features like RAG, vector search, GPT workflows, or chatbot architectures

- Solid system design capabilities, with the ability to lead architecture reviews and mentor junior developers.

Full-Stack Awareness :

- Comfort with front-end tools like ReactJS for building internal dashboards or quick user-facing utilities.

- Understanding of modern DevOps practices, containerization, and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and OTEL.

Nice to have :

- Experience working with Agentic systems, real-time infra, or AI-driven product features.

- Prior involvement in building high-performance consumer products from scratch.
