Job Description :

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a growing engineering team in Gurugram. The role involves hands-on development of customer-facing software, working on modern microservices and micro-frontends, and collaborating with distributed engineering teams. The ideal candidate should have strong software engineering fundamentals and experience delivering reliable, scalable applications in production environments.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications.

- Own technical delivery from solution design and implementation through testing, release and operational support.

- Build and enhance microservices and micro-frontends for customer-facing applications.

- Work closely with product, design and engineering teams across locations.

- Contribute to system architecture, clean abstractions, code quality and automated testing.

- Participate in code reviews and follow strong engineering and development practices.

- Use Artificial Intelligence-assisted development tools to improve productivity while maintaining engineering quality.

- Support other engineers through technical collaboration, knowledge sharing and mentoring.

- Contribute to reliable software delivery through Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment practices.

Requirements :

- Strong commercial experience developing complex software systems.

- Hands-on experience with technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, React, SQL, NoSQL and cloud infrastructure.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, testing and code quality.

- Proven experience solving complex technical problems in production environments.

- Experience taking technical projects from inception through implementation and deployment.

- Strong experience with automated testing, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work effectively with distributed and cross-functional engineering teams.

- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence-assisted software development and its practical use in engineering.

- Experience with Python and professional use of Artificial Intelligence-assisted development tools will be an added advantage.
