We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineer to join our core engineering team in Bangalore, where you will take ownership of building and scaling high-performance distributed systems. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into robust, maintainable technical solutions.

You will be instrumental in driving the architectural direction of our platform, ensuring that our infrastructure remains resilient and performant as we scale to meet the demands of our growing global user base. Your contributions will directly influence the end-user experience, ensuring seamless reliability and speed across our digital products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop scalable backend services using Python and Node.js to ensure high availability and low latency for our mission-critical applications.

- Design and implement responsive, user-centric front-end interfaces using React.js and TypeScript to deliver a superior experience for our customers.

- Orchestrate complex data pipelines and asynchronous communication patterns using Kafka and RabbitMQ to optimize system performance and reliability.

- Manage and optimize high-throughput data storage solutions across PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases to ensure data integrity and rapid retrieval.

- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technical bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions that drive business efficiency and product growth.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack applications with Python, Node.js, and React.js, with a deep understanding of modern TypeScript development practices.

- Proven ability to design and manage distributed systems using message brokers like Kafka and RabbitMQ, alongside caching strategies with Redis.

- Strong proficiency in database design and query optimization for both relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) environments.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative problem-solving sessions.

- A track record of delivering high-quality code in an agile, fast-paced environment, with 6 to 12 years of professional software development experience.

- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing independent deep-work with team-based collaboration.
