Job Description:

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead/Senior Developer .NET / Full Stack to drive design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, hands-on development experience, and the ability to lead teams while ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable web and enterprise applications.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and architecture.

- Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Drive solution architecture, performance optimization, and system scalability.

- Manage deployments and support production releases.

- Mentor and guide junior developers and team members.

- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and agile methodologies.

Technical Skills Required:

1. Programming & Frameworks:

- Strong experience in C#, .NET 3.5/4.0/4.5/4.7+, .NET Core.

- Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, WCF.

- Good understanding of Entity Framework, LINQ.

2. Frontend Technologies:

- Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery.

- Experience with modern frameworks like Angular (v2+) / Vue.js.

3. Databases:

- Strong knowledge of SQL Server (2008 and above).

4. Tools & Platforms:

- Experience with Visual Studio (2015/2019).

- Version control: Git (GitHub/GitLab).

- Exposure to tools like Copilot, Claude (optional/added advantage).

5. Other Skills:

- Experience with MongoDB, Kafka, Redis (good to have).

- Knowledge of enterprise application deployment and business intelligence solutions.
