Role Overview :

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable microservices architectures to support our enterprise-grade platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our cloud infrastructure, directly influencing the user experience for our global client base. You will be expected to mentor junior developers and champion engineering best practices across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop high-performance microservices using Node.js to ensure modularity and scalability across our service ecosystem.

- Build intuitive, responsive user interfaces with React.js that provide seamless experiences for end-users.

- Deploy and manage containerized applications within the Azure cloud environment to optimize resource utilization and system reliability.

- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver iterative features that meet evolving business needs.

- Conduct rigorous code reviews and implement automated testing strategies to maintain high standards of code quality and system performance.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize system bottlenecks to ensure high availability and low latency.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and maintaining complex microservices architectures with a deep understanding of distributed systems.

- Proven ability to build scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js, with a strong grasp of asynchronous programming and state management.

- Extensive hands-on experience in managing cloud infrastructure and services within the Azure ecosystem.

- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative team environments.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and mentor team members effectively.

- A minimum of 8 - 12 years of professional software development experience in building enterprise-level applications.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid or office-based setup across our Chennai, Hyderabad, or Bangalore locations.
