ROLE OVERVIEW :

CodeCraft Technologies is a multi-award-winning creative engineering company providing premium design and technology solutions across mobile, web, and cloud platforms. We are seeking three enthusiastic, self-driven, and highly analytical Senior Software Engineers to join our core modernization team on-site at our Bangalore or Mangalore offices.

In this role, you will play a critical part in balancing legacy application support, stability, and future-forward modernization initiatives. You will take complete, end-to-end engineering ownership of your modules, leveraging modern generative AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery speed and codebase reliability. This position is perfect for engineers who enjoy troubleshooting complex software puzzles and systematically updating systems to contemporary architectural standards in a collaborative, in-office environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Collaborate effectively within a lean team structure focused on core legacy application support, optimization, and modernization.

- Drive robust lift-and-shift strategies as well as meticulous deep-architectural refactoring initiatives for existing enterprise applications.

- Actively leverage AI-based development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and modern DevOps automation to significantly accelerate software delivery speed and enhance engineering standards.

- Perform detailed code analysis, proactive performance tuning, regression testing, and systemic stabilization of legacy software environments.

- Ensure absolute end-to-end ownership of development pipelines and tasks with minimal supervisor oversight.

- Align all newly developed modern features and components with the pre-existing tech stack structure and corporate architecture standards.

- Collaborate dynamically with cross-functional stakeholders to align engineering sprints with critical operational milestones and ensure smooth delivery.
