About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer (Laravel) to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of projects, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

This role demands a hands-on developer with a passion for building robust applications and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities :

- Take complete ownership of modules and projects, managing them end-to-end from requirement gathering to production deployment.

- Write clean, efficient, testable, and well-documented code following best practices.

- Optimize application performance at both the database and application levels.

- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Mentor and guide junior developers to strengthen the team's technical capabilities.

- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Required Technical Skills :

Backend: Laravel, Core PHP, REST APIs, Queues, Artisan commands.

Database: MySQL (query optimization, schema design, indexing).

Frontend: jQuery, Bootstrap (creating clean and responsive UIs).

Optional but Strongly Preferred: React (SPA/components, basic state management), Git, API integrations, basic Linux and cloud familiarity.
