Senior Software Engineer - Identity & Access Management

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Microsoft .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust identity solutions, with a particular focus on Dell One Identity products. You will contribute to the full product development lifecycle, ensuring secure and efficient access management for our applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and quality assurance, throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

- Develop and maintain applications using C# .NET or VB .NET, ensuring high performance and reliability.

- Design, implement, and optimize database solutions using SQL Server.

- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to identity management and application provisioning.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in identity management, cloud platforms, and artificial intelligence.

Required Qualifications :

- 5-10 years of progressive experience in software development, with a significant focus on Dell One Identity and .NET technologies.

- Proven expertise in Dotnet (C# .NET or VB .NET) development.

- Strong proficiency in SQL Server database design, development, and optimization.

- Good understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle.

- Solid understanding of Identity Lifecycle, Access Management, and Application Provisioning/De-provisioning concepts.

- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and principles.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :

- Knowledge of Scrum or other Agile methodologies.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud platform.

- Experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.

- Fluent communication and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly
