Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and enterprise application development, along with hands-on Python and Generative AI experience.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

- Develop and integrate Python-based solutions and leverage LLMs for code generation, enhancement, debugging, and optimization.

- Build and integrate Generative AI solutions using RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, and related frameworks.

- Design and develop REST APIs, backend services, and cloud-native applications.

- Work with SQL, NoSQL, and graph databases for efficient data management.

- Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka and other messaging platforms.

- Integrate enterprise systems including BPMS, Rule Engines, IAM, and CRM platforms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Follow engineering best practices including CI/CD, code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.

- Troubleshoot and support applications in cloud and RHEL/Linux environments.

Required Skills:

- 8 to 10 years of hands-on software development experience.

- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise application development.

- Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming, and Design Patterns.

- Hands-on experience with Python development.

- Practical experience using LLMs (Claude Sonnet or similar) for coding assistance, debugging, and code improvement.

- Knowledge of GenAI concepts: RAG, MCP, LangChain, LangGraph, embeddings, vector similarity, and basic ML concepts.

- Strong database knowledge across SQL and NoSQL; exposure to graph databases is a plus.

- Experience with Kafka, Spark, or Neo4j is an added advantage.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and software engineering best practices.

- Experience working in RHEL/Linux environments.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.
