Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Desktop Web Full Stack Developer / Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java, desktop and web application development, software architecture, and project delivery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical experience along with the ability to lead software development projects in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable desktop and web applications.

- Lead end-to-end software development activities from requirement analysis to deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and deliver high-quality software.

- Manage project planning, scheduling, risks, and stakeholder communication.

- Drive Agile development processes and support Waterfall methodologies when required.

- Follow coding standards, configuration management, and CI/CD best practices.

- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

- Support application deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Mandatory Skills :

- 5+ years of professional software development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Java.

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Data Structures, Algorithms, and UML.

- Experience with Eclipse Modeling Framework (EMF) and Sirius Graphical Modeling Framework.

- Experience in web application development using :

1. React.js

2. Node.js

3. JavaScript

4. JSP

5. HTML5

6. CSS3

- Backend experience with :

1. Spring Boot

2. PostgreSQL

3. GraphQL

4. Apache Tomcat

5. WildFly Application Server

- Experience with GitLab, CI/CD, and configuration management.

- Experience with OpenShift and application containerization.

- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with OSLC standards.

- Enterprise-scale application architecture and deployment experience.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with cloud-native application development and container orchestration.

- Experience working with global, distributed, or cross-functional teams.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.

Education : Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
