You will work with distributed systems, high-scale databases, distributed caching, and fault-tolerant architectures that demand true engineering depth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement solutions for complex, loosely defined engineering problems.

- Contribute to entire product lifecyclesfrom design and architecture to coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

- Develop large-scale, highly available, distributed backend systems using Java, Node.js, or equivalent languages.

- Build new features end-to-end and push them to production rapidly.

- Develop APIs and services that enable rapid integration across the Osmos platform.

- Own and debug production issues across multiple services, layers, and infrastructure components.

- Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate closely with product, data, and platform teams to ship impactful features.

Skills Required :

- 3- 6 years of hands-on experience building and scaling production-grade systems.

- Strong fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithms, OS, Networking, Distributed Systems, and Databases.

- Experience building backend systems using Java / Node.js / Python / Ruby or similar languages.

- Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, caching frameworks, and high-scale architectures.

- Proven ability to design robust, reliable, and efficient services with a focus on scale & performance.

- Hands-on experience with modern development tools, cloud environments, CI/CD, and monitoring stacks.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ownership-driven startup culture.

- Experience mentoring junior engineers or managing small teams (good to have).
