Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and PHP development. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in architecture/design of full-stack applications, deep knowledge of object-oriented programming, and hands-on experience in REST APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and containerization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and PHP.

- Build, test, and enhance REST APIs in Java (8+) and PHP (Laravel framework).

- Work on feature development and bug fixing in PHP-based web applications.

- Assist front-end developers by providing Java & PHP backend support.

- Create and integrate plugins/modules for common PHP frameworks.

- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, architectural, and integration issues.

- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

- Ensure compliance with coding standards, documentation, and professional engineering practices.

- Communicate estimates, schedules, risks, and dependencies to the delivery manager.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- 6- 8 years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and PHP development.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (Java 8+ and PHP OOP concepts).

- Experience with Laravel framework for PHP development.

- Hands-on with relational databases (MySQL, MariaDB preferred) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).

- Experience with cloud technologies (preferably AWS).

- Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).

- Experience working with containers (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
