Senior Software Engineer - Backend Development

Key Responsibilities :

- Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend/mobile applications.

- Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on time.

- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to code reviews.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal downtime.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience in building and maintaining REST APIs.

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

- Experience working with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and caching solutions (Redis, etc.).

- Familiarity with microservices architecture.

- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Exposure to message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
