Job Title : Senior Software Engineer AI/ML

Experience : 5 - 8 Years

Location : Hyderabad (Fully Onsite)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows.

- Build, train, and deploy custom Machine Learning models for anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and test optimization.

- Develop scalable solutions integrating LLMs and RAG into engineering workflows.

- Integrate AI agents and ML models with data pipelines and databases (Snowflake, MySQL).

- Develop production-ready applications using Python and interface with front-end and engineering tools.

- Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

Mandatory Skills :

- 5 - 8 years of software engineering experience.

- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or similar.

- Strong experience building, training, and deploying ML models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn.

- Deep understanding of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines.

- Expert-level Python programming skills.

- Strong UNIX/Linux knowledge.

- Experience with SQL, Snowflake, or similar databases.

- Experience with FastAPI or Flask for serving AI/ML models.

- MLOps experience is required.

- Knowledge of C++ is an added advantage.

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
