We are seeking a seasoned Python Fullstack Developer to join our core engineering team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and scaling high-performance web applications that serve as the backbone of our digital ecosystem.

You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into elegant, scalable code. By leveraging a modern tech stack, you will directly influence the speed, reliability, and user experience of our platform, ensuring that our solutions remain competitive and robust in a fast-paced market environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI to ensure high availability and low latency for our global user base.

- Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript to enhance customer engagement and platform usability.

- Architect serverless solutions on AWS using Lambda and API Gateway to optimize infrastructure costs and improve system modularity.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and environment management through CloudFormation to streamline deployment cycles and maintain consistency across environments.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot complex technical bottlenecks, ensuring the stability and performance of production systems.

- Mentor junior developers by conducting rigorous code reviews and promoting best practices in software craftsmanship and system design.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack applications using Python and React.js, with a strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript for complex front-end development.

- Proven ability to design and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS, specifically utilizing Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudFormation for robust infrastructure management.

- Strong proficiency in developing high-concurrency APIs using FastAPI, coupled with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming and database integration.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively within a collaborative, hybrid-work environment.

- A proactive problem-solving mindset, capable of navigating ambiguous requirements and delivering high-quality, maintainable code within tight deadlines.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
