Our platform handles bank feeds, transaction categorization, reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and month-end close - working directly against live client accounting data through integrations with major accounting systems.

In this environment, engineering is not just about building features. The applications we develop process sensitive financial data, integrate with multiple external systems, and need to remain reliable, secure, and performant as they scale.

We are hiring an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to build and own scalable applications across the frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and AI layer. The role will primarily work with Laravel/PHP, while also contributing to React.js, Vue.js, Node.js, and Python services. You will also work with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, and AI integrations to build intelligent capabilities into our products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications, primarily using Laravel (PHP) for backend development.

- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js, Vue.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6/ES7), and modern frontend development practices.

- Build and integrate robust backend services using PHP/Laravel, Node.js, and Python, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

- Design, develop, document, and manage RESTful APIs, including integration with third-party platforms, services, payment systems, and other external tools.

- Work with AI/LLM-based applications, including integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), AI APIs, and intelligent features into existing web applications.

- Develop and integrate RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows, including document/data ingestion, retrieval mechanisms, embeddings/vector search, context management, and LLM-based response generation.

- Integrate AI capabilities such as LLM APIs, prompt engineering, semantic search, embeddings, vector databases, and AI-powered automation into business applications where applicable.

- Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions across the frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and AI layers.

- Design and optimize database structures and queries using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases.

- Ensure applications meet required standards for security, responsiveness, scalability, performance, and cross-platform compatibility.

- Identify and resolve complex technical issues through effective debugging, root-cause analysis, performance tuning, and code optimization.

- Conduct and participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, architectural best practices, security practices, and maintainable development patterns.

- Write clean, reusable, modular, and efficient code, following industry-standard software engineering and design principles.

- Use Git and version control workflows effectively, including branching, pull requests, code reviews, and collaborative development practices.

- Develop appropriate unit, integration, API, and functional tests to ensure application reliability and quality.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices across full-stack development, AI/LLMs, RAG, APIs, and modern web application architecture, and recommend improvements where relevant.

- Collaborate effectively within an Agile/Scrum environment, actively participating in stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and technical discussions.

- Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers and contribute to design and architectural decisions when required.

- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to independently own features and drive them from development through deployment.
