Description :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in RFID technology to lead the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade RFID solutions. The role involves end-to-end ownership of software modules, system integration, and technical leadership across teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain RFID-based enterprise applications.

- Lead architecture and system design for high-performance RFID solutions.

- Integrate RFID readers, middleware, databases, and backend applications.

- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, QA, and cross-functional teams.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

- Participate in requirement analysis, code reviews, and solution discussions.

- Support troubleshooting, deployment, and client-facing technical interactions.

Requirements :

- 12+ years of experience in software development, preferably in RFID / IoT solutions.

- Strong understanding of RFID standards, protocols, and reader integration.

- Expertise in backend development (Java / .NET / Python as applicable).

- Experience with REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and microservices.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms and DevOps practices is an advantage.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering / Computer Science.

- Prior experience working on enterprise or product-based solutions.
