Senior Software Developer - .Net Development

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and guide a team of developers through the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Design, develop, test, and maintain custom applications using ASP.NET (C#.NET), Ajax, SOA web services (REST API, Web API) and other relevant technologies.

- Work with third-party controls and libraries (e.g., iTextSharp, Adobe, and others) to deliver robust, scalable, and secure applications.

- Perform installation, configuration, and integration of software solutions in Windows, Web, and Mobile-based environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver effective solutions.

- Develop and optimize database solutions using SQL Server (2016/2019 and above).

- Ensure proper documentation of software design, coding standards, processes, and best practices.

- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Mentor junior developers, encourage knowledge sharing, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Stay updated with the latest tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong hands-on experience in ASP.NET, C#.NET, Ajax, and web services (REST API, Web API).

- Proficiency in jQuery and other JavaScript frameworks.

- Solid understanding and practical experience with SQL Server (2016/2019 or higher).

- Knowledge of SharePoint (2016/2019/Online) is an added advantage.

- Familiarity with ASP.NET MVC Core and Azure/DevOps practices will be highly beneficial.

- Experience in working with Microsoft Office integrations, PDF generation/manipulation, and other third-party controls/tools.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
