Position : Senior Software Developer C#.NET

Summary :

Together with his team the Senior C#/.NET Software Developer will drive the further evolution of our Compass Cash Center-Software Digital Systems. Compass Cash Center is the market leading cash center workflow product, which enables the digitalization of cash center processes. The product is used by central banks, commercial banks and cash in transit (CIT) businesses around the world.

The senior C#/.NET software developer will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of enterprise-level solutions for Compass Cash Center-Software Digital Systems, a market-leading cash center workflow product used by banks and cash-in-transit businesses globally. The role focuses on C#/ .NET development for Compass Cash Center product-Software Digital systems, including smart client applications, web applications, and database applications. You will work in a cross-site scrum team with colleagues located in India and Germany.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and unit test software components for our Compass Cash Center Product

- Play an active, responsible role in cross-site agile scrum teams (India/Germany)

- Provide detailed effort estimates for assigned components

- Drive software design and implementation with high quality standards

- Collaborate with System Testers, Support Specialists, and Business Analysts

- Create proof of concepts to validate design assumptions

- Contribute to continuous application modernization

- Ensure evolution of software platform across teams and products

- Participate in software development process improvements

Job Specifications :

Qualification :

- B. Tech or Bachelor's in computer science or any other relevant field (Required)

- M. Tech or Master's in any other relevant field (Preferred)

- 6+ years of experience Experience with C# and .NET and other related development frameworks

Required Skills :

- Knowledge of modern Web Frameworks (ASP.NET and/or Blazor) as well as desktop applications with Telerik

- Strong background in automated Unit and Integration Testing

- Experience with GIT, Visual Studio, GitHub Copilot, Azure DevOps, Azure Boards

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Bicep, Terraform)

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure Boards

- Experience with service-oriented architecture and multithreading

- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for distributed multi-tier applications

- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

- Ability to work in multicultural teams across international locations
