We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sitecore Developer / Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance Sitecore solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Sitecore headless architecture, including Sitecore JSS and XM Cloud, and a strong foundation in .NET-based application development.

This individual will play a critical role in guiding the technical direction, ensuring best practices, and mentoring the development team in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable Sitecore headless solutions using Sitecore JSS, GraphQL, and XM Cloud.

- Architect and develop Sitecore solutions using Helix principles, SXA, and reusable components that align with business and technical requirements.

- Collaborate with UX, front-end, and backend teams to integrate Sitecore with React.js or Next.js front-end frameworks.

- Build and manage Sitecore components, templates, layouts, rendering variants, and content items in a multi-site, multi-language environment.

- Configure and extend Sitecore content authoring workflows, personalization, and editorial tools for marketing and content teams.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines for Sitecore deployments using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.

- Integrate Sitecore with external systems and APIs (REST/GraphQL) for dynamic content and digital experiences.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Sitecore implementations to ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability.

- Lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and enforce Sitecore best practices across the team.

- Provide architectural guidance on Sitecore XP and suggest alternative paths for XM Cloud.

- Document architecture decisions, data flows, deployment strategies, and design guidelines for long-term maintainability.

- Stay up to date on Sitecore roadmap and new features (e.g., Experience Edge, Static Site Generation) and introduce innovations when relevant.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Extensive hands-on experience with Sitecore (v10.x), including Sitecore Headless Services, JSS, and XM Cloud.

- Strong understanding and implementation experience of Helix architecture and modular Sitecore development.

- Experience with Sitecore SXA (Sitecore Experience Accelerator).

- Strong front-end development skills : JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Bootstrap.

- Backend experience using ASP.NET, C#, MVC, and SQL Server.

- Experience with React.js or Next.js, especially in Sitecore headless implementations.

- Expertise in GraphQL, REST APIs, and client-side data integration strategies.

- Experience with Git and source control workflows (GitFlow, PR reviews, branching strategies).

- Experience with CI/CD automation pipelines, Docker, and Sitecore containers.

- Experience integrating Sitecore with third-party systems.

- Strong skills in debugging, unit testing, performance tuning, and optimizing Sitecore applications.

- Sitecore Developer Certification or XM Cloud Professional certification.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :

- Experience with Azure PaaS, Sitecore Managed Cloud, or container-based deployments (Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with Sitecore Content Hub, Experience Edge, or Sitecores composable DXP offerings.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

- Experience with personalization, analytics.

- Agile/Scrum team experience, participation in sprint ceremonies, and user story refinement.

Education :

Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
