Experience : 5+ years in Salesforce DevOps with hands-on Jenkins, SFDX, and Git.

Job Description :

- Design and manage end-to-end Jenkins CI/CD pipelines integrated with SFDX, Git, and automated validation frameworks to enable seamless Salesforce deployments

- Implement and govern multi-org branching strategy and release workflows (GDO ? RDO, feature/release branches) ensuring metadata consistency and controlled promotions across environments

- Drive deployment automation with built-in rollback, validation, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure high reliability and minimal production disruption

- Embed DevSecOps practices by integrating security scans, credential management, and compliance checks within Jenkins pipelines

- Support multi-country Health Cloud implementations by coordinating global releases, managing region-specific configurations, and ensuring data/security compliance
