Summary :

We are seeking a Senior Python Full Stack Developer (5 - 8 years experience) with strong expertise in React.js or Next.js, and TypeScript, along with solid backend experience in Python (FastAPI) along with hands-on experience in PostgreSQL, Docker, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The role focuses on building scalable, high-performance web applications, with emphasis on modern frontend development, user experience, full-stack ownership and scalable healthcare solutions, ensuring data privacy, performance, and seamless user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in system architecture, development best practices, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop modern, responsive web applications using React.js or Next.js, and TypeScript

- Design and implement scalable frontend architecture and reusable UI components

- Optimize frontend performance using SSR, lazy loading, and code splitting techniques

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI)

- Ensure seamless frontend-backend integration for end-to-end functionality

- Develop and manage database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL.

- Implement containerized applications using Docker and manage deployments in cloud environments (GCP).

- Ensure applications meet healthcare compliance standards (e.g., data privacy, security, HIPAA compliance).

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

- Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and enforcing engineering standards.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high system uptime.

- Utilize development tools such as VS Code, Docker, and AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) for productivity.

Required Skills :

- 5- 8 years of professional experience in software development.

- Strong proficiency in :

a. React.js/ Next.js, TypeScript (primary focus)

b. Python (FastAPI)

- Solid experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, performance tuning).

- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization.

- Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.

- Familiarity with AI-Assisted coding (Claud Code, etc.) and agentic approaches

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.

- Proficiency in Git-based version control systems.

- Experience in building secure applications, especially handling sensitive healthcare data.

- Familiarity with development tools such as VS Code and containerized development workflows.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability o work in a fast-paced agile environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Exposure to Kubernetes or advanced container orchestration.

- Experience with event-driven architectures or message queues.

- Understanding of testing frameworks (unit, integration, end-to-end).

- Experience with performance monitoring and observability tools.

- Good to have knowledge on Go, Rust, Swift, and Java Spring

- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams globally.

- Knowledge of healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA compliance frameworks.
