We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer with strong expertise in building and scaling applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with FastAPI, microservices, and backend systems, and should be able to contribute from day one in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using Python (FastAPI framework).

- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Optimize application performance, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.

- Write clean, reusable, and testable code; participate in code reviews.

- Troubleshoot and debug applications in production environments.

- Contribute to the transition from contract role to full-time hire (C2H) after 12 months.

Requirements :

- 6 - 8 years of hands-on experience as a Python Developer.

- Strong expertise in FastAPI, RESTful APIs, microservices, and scaling applications.

- Good knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
