Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance backend applications with strong expertise in Python Flask, along with solid cloud and database experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize highly scalable, distributed systems, leveraging cloud-native technologies (AWS) with Python Flask

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices and standards for software development.

- Develop RESTful APIs to integrate with mobile apps and frontend applications

- Develop, manage, and optimize applications on AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).

- Implement logging, monitoring, tracing, and improve system observability using modern tools

- Test, debug, and troubleshoot software application to ensure high-availability, scalability, performance, and security.

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and provide mentorship to junior developers.

- Work with MySql, MongoDB, Redis databases

- Optimize SQL queries, and database to improve application performance.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes, tools, and technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and DevOps.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in Python, Flask, and API development.

- Experience with CI/CD tools, containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes and version control systems like Git and Bitbucket.

- Extensive experience with MySQL and MongoDB databases.

- Good understanding of Redis for caching and performance optimization.

- Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries and database schema design.

- Proficiency working with AWS cloud services.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Experience in developing applications for BFSI, Payroll domain (preferred)

- Experience in application performance tuning

- Experience with testing frameworks such as PyTest, UnitTest.
