Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python AI Developer to design, build, and deploy scalable AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, machine learning, NLP, backend engineering, and cloud deployment. This role requires hands-on experience in developing enterprise-grade AI solutions and integrating AI models into production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Python.

- Build scalable backend systems for AI and machine learning workloads.

- Develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for production use.

- Work on structured and unstructured data processing for AI use cases.

- Build NLP solutions including text classification, sentiment analysis, and entity extraction.

- Integrate AI models into APIs, web services, and enterprise applications.

- Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and business stakeholders to define AI solutions.

- Optimize AI model performance, inference speed, and scalability.

- Deploy AI solutions on cloud infrastructure with monitoring and observability.

- Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment and lifecycle management.

- Ensure data security, governance, and compliance in AI systems.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making.

Required Skillsets :

- Strong expertise in Python programming.

- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques.

- Hands-on experience in NLP and text analytics.

- Experience in backend development using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

- Strong knowledge of APIs and microservices architecture.

- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.

- Familiarity with data pipelines and ETL workflows.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.

- Understanding of CI/CD and MLOps practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
