Key Requirements :

- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

- Strong hands-on implementation experience is required.

- Proven experience with SASE (Secure Access Service Edge).

- Strong understanding and experience in Zero Trust Networking Architecture.

- Candidates should have relevant experience in implementing and supporting Zero Trust solutions.

Priority Areas/Skills :

- Zero Trust & SASE: Understanding of Zero Trust Architecture, ZTNA, SASE, SWG, CASB, DLP, RBI, and how they replace traditional VPN solutions.

- Cloudflare One (or Equivalent Platforms): Hands-on experience with Cloudflare One, Cloudflare Access, WARP, Cloudflare Tunnel, or equivalent platforms such as Zscaler, Netskope, Palo Alto Prisma Access, or Cisco Secure Access.

- Enterprise Networking Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS/SSL, Routing & Switching, MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN, Reverse Proxy, and Forward Proxy.

- Identity & Access Management (IAM): Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SSO, and MFA integrations.

- Enterprise Implementations & Migrations: Experience leading customer implementations, VPN-to-Zero Trust migrations, production cutovers, rollback planning, validation, and post-deployment support.

- Troubleshooting & Customer Consulting: Ability to troubleshoot authentication, connectivity, DNS, and policy issues while working directly with enterprise customers and handling technical escalations.

- Automation & Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, REST APIs, Terraform, and automating deployments or infrastructure provisioning.

- Technical Documentation & Communication: Experience preparing HLDs, LLDs, Migration Plans, Runbooks, SOPs, As-Built Documentation, and effectively communicating technical solutions to customers and stakeholders.
