Senior Product Owner, Unified Detection and Response (UDR)

Role Overview :

As a Google SecOps Capability Lead and Senior Product Owner part of Unified Detection & Response (UDR) Global Capability, you will be responsible to build and maintain "Cyber Threat Detection & Response (CTDR)" service capability using Google SecOps and collaborate with Go-To-Market (GTM) for client engagements including proposal responses, presentations and demos.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Offering Development and Enhancement :

- Develop Cyber Threat Detection & Response (CTDR) service offering using Google SecOps with AI & Agentic AI, UEBA, Identify Threat Detection & Response (ITDR), and integration with Cybersecurity Unified Orchestration Platform to provide technology transformation (platform migration, consolidation) and 24x7 Security Operations including threat detection, incident investigation & response, tailored threat intelligence, threat hunting, DFIR, detection engineering.

- Develop, maintain and enhancement of CTDR offering assets - sales guides, solution design, technical architecture, service description, sales enablement materials, Labs & Demo, pricing calculations.

- Develop roadmap and enhance existing capabilities, to be able to best position in the market.

- Collaborate with Delivery to align on solution enhancements (technical & commercials).

- Track CTDR service offering pipeline and collaborate with GTM to drive pipeline growth.

- Drive engagements with Technology partners/product vendors (Palo Alto and Microsoft) to ensure product & service capabilities (technical & commercial) are updated and to align with our roadmap.

- Collaborate with Platform Engineering function to ensure all the use cases/scenarios are maintained and updated to be able to demonstrate to clients, delivery functions and others.

GTM Engagement :

- Conduct enablement sessions with GTM team (Sales, PreSales, Account Leaders) globally across all regions to position the offering, generate pipeline.

- Involve in critical client engagements to identify and propose solution differentiators with value propositions and demonstrations.

- Collaborate with account teams to understand client needs and craft compelling proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.

- Conduct workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts showcasing advanced SOC capabilities (e.g., Agentic AI, automation, threat hunting).

Thought Leadership and Innovation :

- Advise clients on best practices for SOC modernization, integration of SIEM platforms (Microsoft Sentinel, Palo Alto XSIAM, Cisco Splunk, Google SecOps), and AI/Agentic AI/ Automation for SOC & MDR platforms.

- Stay current with emerging cybersecurity trends, frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST), and regulatory mandates.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 10+ years in solution design for SOC or MDR service offerings (including 3+ years in Google SecOps, 5+ years in GTM/Presales support).

- Technical Expertise : Deep knowledge of SIEM (Mandatory: Google SecOps, Optional: Microsoft Sentinel, Palo Alto XSIAM, Splunk), SOAR/AI/Agentic AI, EDR/XDR, UEBA and ITDR, OT SOC with strong cloud security skills (Mandatory: GCP, Optional: AWS, Azure) and hybrid environments.

- Certifications : Preferred : CISSP, CCSP, CISM, Palo Alto, MS Sentinel, Splunk Architect, Google SecOps certifications.

- Soft Skills : Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.

Preferred Attributes :

- Experience in MSSP/MDR service delivery or consulting.

- Knowledge of AI-driven SOC automation and threat intelligence platforms.

- Proven track record in handling large enterprise PreSales engagements.
