About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of technical products that leverage cutting-edge technology to solve high-impact business challenges.

Product Strategy & Roadmap :

- Define and execute a comprehensive product vision and strategy focused on technical innovation.

- Translate high-level business goals into detailed technical requirements, product specifications, and user stories.

- Prioritize product features based on data-driven insights, customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.

- Define and manage product roadmaps, milestones, and priorities.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate product performance and ensure quality standards are met.

- Drive products through the complete lifecycle from concept and development to launch and continuous improvement.

Data Strategy & Governance :

- Define the roadmap for data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and business intelligence dashboards.

- Partner with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to align data capabilities with product and business objectives.

- Ensure data quality, reliability, and trustworthiness across products and analytical solutions.

- Support compliance with data privacy and governance requirements.

- Collaborate with legal, business, engineering, and data teams on data strategy and governance.

Collaboration & Leadership :

- Drive alignment across Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Business teams.

- Develop and support robust Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and technical documentation.

- Communicate complex technical concepts and product value propositions clearly to executive leadership and external stakeholders.

- Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring technical feasibility aligns with commercial objectives.

- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality technical products.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

- MBA is preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with significant experience focused on technical, AI-driven, or data-centric products.

- Proven track record of delivering complex and scalable technical products from concept to launch.

- Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and product lifecycle management.

- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and structured problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and complex business and technical environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with GCP or other cloud platforms.

- Familiarity with MLOps and deploying machine learning models into production.

- Experience working with AI/ML-driven products.

- Knowledge of AI ethics, responsible AI, and data privacy.

- Experience working closely with Data Science and Engineering teams.
