We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager - Procurement to lead the development, growth, and evolution of an AI-powered procurement and purchasing SaaS product. The role will own product strategy and roadmap while working closely with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that address real-world procurement challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature priorities for the AI-based procurement platform.

- Identify market opportunities and translate customer and business needs into product requirements, features, and solutions.

- Develop and prioritise the product backlog based on customer value, business impact, market trends, and technical feasibility.

- Drive product development from concept and discovery through development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.

- Work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, UX/UI, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to deliver product capabilities.

- Engage directly with enterprise customers, procurement leaders, and business stakeholders to understand pain points, gather feedback, validate solutions, and identify new opportunities.

- Lead product discovery, workshops, requirement gathering, and solution validation for key procurement use cases.

- Define and track product KPIs, adoption, engagement, customer outcomes, and business metrics to measure product performance.

- Drive successful product launches, including go-to-market readiness, stakeholder alignment, customer communication, and adoption.

- Identify opportunities to leverage AI/Generative AI, intelligent workflows, automation, and analytics to improve procurement processes and user experience.

- Collaborate with AI and engineering teams to evaluate and deliver AI-powered product capabilities while ensuring usability, scalability, and business value.

- Maintain a strong understanding of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle, supplier management, sourcing, purchasing, and contract management.

- Monitor competitive products, market trends, and emerging procurement technologies to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.

- Balance customer requirements with product strategy and challenge requirements that may not align with long-term product objectives.

- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, facilitating prioritisation, sprint planning, reviews, and continuous product improvement.

- Act as the key product liaison between customers, business teams, technology teams, and leadership.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10-15 years of overall experience, with strong experience in Product Management.

- Proven experience managing Enterprise SaaS / B2B software products.

- Strong understanding of Procurement, Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Management, and Contract Management.

- Experience building or managing AI-powered, GenAI, workflow automation, or intelligent enterprise products.

- Strong experience in product strategy, roadmap management, product discovery, prioritisation, and end-to-end product lifecycle management.

- Experience working directly with enterprise customers and senior business stakeholders.

- Strong ability to translate complex business problems into clear product requirements and scalable technology solutions.

- Experience working closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.

- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to operate effectively in a startup or mid-sized SaaS environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on product execution.
