Experience - 8+ years in Product Management / Product Ownership with telecom, IPTV, OTT, or device management platforms.

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Product Owner to lead the evolution of our Set-Top Box Device Management Solution. The ideal candidate will drive the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of a scalable platform that manages the lifecycle, monitoring, provisioning, diagnostics, firmware updates, and AI-enabled operations of STB devices across large customer deployments.

The role also requires close collaboration with 3rd party Device Management Solution (DMS) vendors, system integrators, and technology partners to ensure seamless platform integration, operational excellence, and continuous innovation.

This position requires a combination of business acumen, customer-centric thinking, technical depth, Agile leadership, vendor management expertise, and hands-on understanding of AI/ML-driven operational intelligence.

Key Responsibilities | Product Ownership :

- Translate the product roadmap for the STB Device Management platform.

- Translate business objectives into product features, epics, and user stories.

- Prioritize backlog based on customer value, operational impact, and technical feasibility.

- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, operations, QA, security, and business stakeholders.

- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to release and optimization.
