Role : Senior Product Manager - Mobile Banking

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Product Manager for core functional verticals of our flagship Mobile Banking application in Bengaluru. Reporting directly to the AVP / DVP of Mobile Banking, you will own end-to-end product roadmaps, drive high-concurrency feature rollouts and build seamless digital journeys for millions of active users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the complete product lifecycle - from business requirement gathering, wireframing, and drafting detailed BRDs, PRDs, and FSDs to sprint execution, UAT sign-offs, and production launches.

- Drive feature delivery across at least one core priority domain : UPI / Digital Payments / Payment Gateways (UPI Lite, IMPS, Switch Integrations), Credit Card / Debit Card Management (Card Switch, Controls, Tokenisation, Virtual Cards), or Wealth Management / Investments / Insurance Tech (Mutual Funds, FDs, Life/Health Insurance).

- Partner with engineering architects, QA, and UI/UX teams in Scrum setups to maintain on-time release cycles with zero functional slippage.

- Monitor platform KPIs (MAU, transaction success rates, conversion funnels, latency) using product analytics platforms.

- Ensure strict adherence to RBI, NPCI, IRDAI, and DPDP mandates across all digital journeys.

What We Are Looking For :

- Minimum 5+ years of dedicated Product Management experience inside Indian Retail Banks or B2C Fintech apps.

- Proven hands-on delivery in at least ONE of the top priority areas (UPI/Payments, Cards Management, or Wealth/Insurance).

- Demonstrated product delivery across at least 3 mobile banking functional domains (e.g., Payments, Onboarding, Liabilities, Loans, Cards, Wealth, BBPS, FRM).

- Hands-on expertise writing granular PRDs, user stories, and API specs in Jira/Confluence.

- Based in or ready to immediately relocate to Bengaluru.
