Mandatory Requirements (Must Have):

- Experience: 48 years in Product Management.

- Enterprise B2B SaaS: At least 2+ years owning an enterprise B2B SaaS product end-to-end.

- End-to-End Ownership: Product strategy, roadmap, discovery, execution, launch, and outcome measurement.

- Customer Interaction: Direct experience working with enterprise customers for discovery, roadmap discussions, and escalations.

- Cross-functional Leadership: Worked closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Comfortable using metrics to prioritize and measure product success.

- Stakeholder Management: Able to influence without authority and manage multiple stakeholders.

- Ambiguity & Prioritization: Experience handling complex enterprise workflows and making product trade-offs.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

- Procurement, Finance, P2P, ERP, or Spend Management domain.

- Experience with enterprise integrations such as Workday, Coupa, SAP Ariba, or Ironclad.

- Experience expanding products into adjacent product areas.

- Mentoring Product Managers or contributing to product processes.
