WERE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO :

- Has 3+ years of product management experience including owning a full product area end-to-end.

- Has owned a key business metric and can take ownership of end to end customer and business outcomes.

- Has developed new products and systems from ideation to 0-1 to measurable adoption/impact.

- Shows strong AI incorporation to improve personal and team productivity by 10x.

- Can work directly with founders, senior leaders, business stakeholders and engineering teams.

- Has managed/mentored PMs and junior folks.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

- Own the product strategy and roadmap for a large charter directly impacting Truvas ability to sell more and faster.

- Build products to improve productivity and bring joy in day to day tasks of internal teams while building for long term impact.

- Not just own a charter, but also shape how product@Truva should evolve as business scales.

- Work on difficult problems like building copilots for internal teams, revamp processes and add intelligence to everyday work.
