Description :

We are looking for an experienced Product Engineer who has previously built or scaled digital healthcare, health-tech, wellness-tech, med-tech, or regulated consumer platforms.

This role requires someone who can think across :

- Product architecture

- User experience logic

- Backend product systems

- Health workflow design

- Engineering execution

You will work directly on translating high-complexity healthcare product thinking into elegant, scalable digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Development :

- Own end-to-end engineering of critical product modules

- Convert product concepts into scalable technical architecture

- Build high-performance product features across web and mobile interfaces

- Collaborate deeply with founders, design, product, and clinical teams

Healthcare Workflow Engineering :

- Build systems for symptom assessments, structured questionnaires, scoring engines, reports, and clinical logic

- Engineer healthcare workflows involving users, clinicians, admins, and enterprise stakeholders

- Develop secure health data pathways and user journeys

Platform Systems :

Work on :

- Dashboard systems

- User state engines

- Personalization layers

- Engagement systems

- Notification logic

- Health report generation modules

Product Thinking :

- Challenge weak product assumptions

- Improve user journey efficiency

- Design scalable reusable product components

Performance & Reliability :

- Ensure speed, reliability, and product stability

- Build production-ready code for scale

- Optimize architecture for future AI and analytics integration

Ideal Candidate Profile :

We strongly prefer candidates who have worked in one or more of the following :

- Digital health

- Health-tech

- Telemedicine

- Diagnostics platforms

- Digital therapeutics

- Patient engagement systems

- Healthcare SaaS

- IOT based device integration

Required Experience :

- 10 to 15 years product engineering experience

- Prior work in health-tech / digital healthcare strongly preferred

- Experience building live production systems used at scale

Strong Technical Skills :

Frontend :

- React / Next.js

- Flutter or React Native preferred

- Strong UI systems thinking

Backend :

- Node.js / Python / scalable API systems

- Microservice-oriented architecture preferred

Database :

- PostgreSQL / MongoDB

Cloud :

- Cloud Agnostic (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) scalable deployment systems

APIs :

- Strong integration capability
