Senior Principal Software Engineer - Ruby on Rails

Experience Required : 8+ years in software development (with strong expertise in Ruby on Rails)

Key Skills & Responsibilities :

- Proven expertise in Ruby on Rails, with strong object-oriented design and analysis skills.

- Hands-on experience in building REST APIs and developing microservices architecture.

- Strong understanding and practical application of common design patterns.

- Frontend development experience using React.js (or a similar JavaScript framework) and CSS.

- Proficiency in MySQL and database concepts, including performance tuning and optimization.

- Track record as a key contributor within engineering teams, ensuring deliverables are met on time.

- Ability to mentor junior engineers, contribute to code reviews, and uphold high standards of software quality.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for deployment and scaling.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
