Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop & maintain Power BI dashboards & reports.

- Partner with global business & finance teams to deliver actionable insights.

- Optimize data models & queries for large-scale reporting.

- Drive best practices in BI reporting & visualization.

- Build & maintain automation, versioning, release management & data security.

- Actively participate in QA & UAT cycles.

- Conduct code reviews & mentor junior developers.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.

- 5+ years proven experience as Power BI Developer / Analyst.

- Expertise in Power BI (Desktop, Power Query, Service, DAX).

- Strong knowledge of OLTP & OLAP models.

- Experience with Agile environments, Jira / ADO.

- Excellent communication & presentation skills.

Bonus : Familiarity with IBM Cognos, Workday, ETL tools (SSIS, DataStage, Power Center).
