Senior PHP Full Stack Developer - React.js/Laravel

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer- with strong expertise- in PHP , Laravel, React, Python.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and scale high- performance web applications while- integrating AI driven capabilities to enhance user experience and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications- using PHP frameworks and modern frontend technologies.

- Build and optimize backend services and APIs

- Integrate Generative AI solutions- (LLMs, chatbots, AI assistants)- into enterprise applications.

- Work with AI models for use cases such as content generation, summarization, search, recommendations, and automation.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross- functional teams to translate business requirements- into technical solutions.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.

- Participate- in- code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design decisions.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and coding standards.

Technical Skills Mandatory :

Backend & Full Stack :

- Strong hands-on experience with PHP (5+ years)

- Frameworks such as Laravel / Symfony / CodeIgniter

- RESTful API design and microservices architecture

Frontend :

- Proficiency- in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

- Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries such as React/Angular, or Vue.js

Databases & Cloud :

- Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL / NoSQL databases

- Exposure to cloud platforms- (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes - preferred)

Good to Have :

- Experience with AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices

- Knowledge of DevOps practices

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies

- Prior experience working on enterprise or customer-facing platforms
